1.4
You may submit your team any time BEFORE the start of the season, and are free to change it, without charge or penalty at any time before the start of the season. Should you wish to keep your original submission then the only way to make any changes would be to use your transfers (see Section 3.0)

1.5
You may visit the following website for upto date player listings between now and the start of the season:- http://fantasyfootball.telegraph.co.uk/select-team/

2.0 Scoring

2.1
All points used are as printed in the Daily Telegraph Fantasy Football.
All scores are taken from games played in the Barclays Premiership and the FA Cup.

2.2
Points are calculated over a game week.
The game week runs from Tuesday to Monday.
Players transferred in and/or out whilst having played in a game week, will not score points until the following game week.

2.3
Each player scores points in all premiership & FA Cup games.
Points are awarded thus:

Appearance in starting XI +2
Appearance as substitute +1
Key contribution to goal +3
Goal scored +5

Booking -1
Sending off -3

Penalty miss -2
Own goal -3

The following points are for goalkeepers and defenders only:

FULL MATCH Clean sheet - player plays 60 mins or more +5
Concede 1 goal +0
Each additional goal conceded -1

PART MATCH Clean sheet - player plays less than 60 mins +2
Concede 1 goal +0
Each additional goal conceded -1

The following points are for goalkeepers only:

Penalty save +5

NEW THIS SEASON: In order to earn a full clean sheet bonus (5 points), your player must complete at least 60 minutes of the match and his team must keep a clean sheet for the entire match (excluding penalty shoot-outs).If a player is on the pitch for less than 60 minutes and his team keeps a clean sheet for the full match, he'll score a part clean sheet bonus (2 points). All players still earn +2 points for being in the starting XI of a match and +1 for coming on as a substitute. So, for example, if your player starts the match, plays an hour or more, and his team finishes the match with a clean sheet - then your goalkeeper/defender will score +7 points.

3.0 Transfers

3.1
You may make a total of 10 transfers over the season and there is no restriction on when you do so or from what positions.

3.2
Players transferred in and/or out whilst having played in a game week, will not score points until the following game week.

3.3
Transfers can be done at any time but be aware of the points scoring in a game week (section 2.2).

4.0 Cup Competition

4.1
The cup competition will start in the New Year.
Total prize funds are £90 of which £60 to winner and £30 to runner-up.
In the New Year all teams will be put into a hat and drawn out to compete with another team on a knockout basis over particular week's points. The winner then progresses to the next round.
This runs in line with the FA Cup, as this year it IS BASED on the FA Cup matches results.
It means that as the later rounds are played, it will really depend on who has the most players left in their teams.
So for those teams that may not have a chance in the league at that time, they can start to use their transfers tactically to bring in players that are still playing in the actual FA Cup.

4.2
The points for the fantasy football cup competition will be scored for all players playing FA cup matches only in the stated weekly round on the cup competition file.
The only exception to this is for any fantasy team cup matches resulting in a draw, and then the winner will be decided based on the result of the normal premiership results from the following week.
Any actual (FA Cup) re-arranged cup ties not played in this given week will not be counted.

5.0 Golden Boot

5.1
This year there will be a prize for the team at the end of the season that has scored the most goals and also for the team that comes second.

5.2
Goals will be dictated by the telegraph for the weeks scored.
If the goals panel changes any persons goal after the results have been published then the goal will still count.

5.3
Total Prize winning for the team with the highest amount of goals scored will be £60.
2nd place will receive £30.

5.4
In the event of two or more teams finishing on the same amount of goals at the top, then the full 90 prize winnings will be shared out. If the teams in 2nd are shared then this will be shared out.

6.1
The prizes are as follows:

2nd Champions League £180
3rd Champions League £120

The particular prize will be shared equally between those teams.

Manager of month decided on the team with the highest number of points in that month, if more than one team has the same points then the prize will be shared equally between those teams.
